The Back is Just as Important as the Front

CTR Agents has some great ideas lately, and our LDS realtors want to get your house sold!

Our front entry way should be clean and kept up right? Another part of that first impression is the front entrance. The front door should be clean, maybe even repainted, the porch swept and any porch furniture or family name plaques removed, so that the homebuyers can see it as their potential entrance.

What about the backyard though? The backyard many times can be a great selling feature of a home—especially if the house has a pool or spa. Be sure to keep those pools and spas maintained. Do you have a dog as well? Make sure to keep your yard spotless of any “remnants” from your dog, and that clutter in your backyard is cleared as well. If you live in a new home and the backyard is small, this will certainly apply to you as well. Many homebuyers want a spacious backyard to enjoy.
