CTRagents.com is a FREE service for homeowners and future homeowners. We connect LDS Members and Christian Faith Members with LDS Realtors Nationwide. Our service is for home buyers, home sellers, financing a home, refinancing a home, foreclosure prevention resources, or to learn the benefits of a Short Sale. We do not discriminate based on race, religion, age, gender, sex, handicap, or place of national origin. We welcome everyone to our site.

LDS Realtors pay a 25% referral fee at the close of escrow. If the referral does not close, an LDS Realtor does not owe CTRagents.com a referral fee. LDS Realtors with a higher closing ratio will have priority over those who have a lower closing ratio. Our minimum closing ratio is 20% to continue receiving referrals from CTRagents.com. We evaluate LDS Realtor closing ratios semi-annually.
